She is a leader, innovator, and champion for quality.
When Gail isn't conducting research or advising students, she is actively engaged in mission-aligned collaborations, applying her expertise to oversee quality ratings across licensed childcare and preschool programs, and facilitating the national EarlyEdU Faculty Community of Practice to ensure the future of early learning remains strong and equitable.
